This Irish owned and operated financial services organisation is seeking to make a regulatory and compliance based change to its existing systems.  

This daily rate contract opportunity will focus on assessing the existing process and engaging with Management to ensure that they are aware of the requirements of the Consumer Protection Code.

You will

-    Conduct Gap Analysis on current processes in relation to the 2012 Consumer Protection code, identifying where the organization complies with the code and make recommendations to Project Manager in order to comply with the code.

-    Collaborate with business units and other interested parties to ensure successful delivery of CPC through liaison with relevant Department Management.

 -    Design and document “as is” and “to be” business operating models to work towards educating business units in order to be compliant within the timeframes issued by the Central Bank of Ireland.

Experience: 

• 5 + years experience as a Business Analyst
• Financial Services experience, in either banking or insurance
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance projects.  (Consumer Protection Code would be an advantage)
